Bamboo Scoop

Matcha Bamboo Scoop (Chashaku) is a traditional utensil used to measure matcha. Each scoop is approximately 1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon of matcha. We recommend using 1-2 heaping scoops with 8oz of water, depending on how strong you like your matcha.

Chashaku can be washed using warm water if needed, but we think it is sufficient to wipe clean with a cloth after each use to preserve the bamboo material.
